About Mooibosch Landgoed

Mooibosch is a wedding and events venue located in the East of Pretoria, Boschkop. The philosophy behind Mooibosch landgoed was to establish a facility where functions can be held in a tranquil and natural environment. The venue is located next to the Pienaar’s River in Boschkop Pretoria. The idea was to create a stylish venue where there is a balance between modern amenities and a calm natural environment just outside of town.

Our Venues

Beloftebosch

A beautiful place to have your wedding reception under the night sky with amazing river and bush views.

This venue can accommodate up to 120 people, has a dance floor, is open-air, private bathrooms, kitchen facilities and has beautiful rustic Kiaat wooden tables and chairs included. This venue also boasts a wooden deck overlooking the river with bar facilities.

Rivierbosch

For a cosy bush feeling for your wedding or event, our Rivierbosch Venue is the most beautiful place for you.

This intimate venue can accommodate up to 80 people, has a lapa and boma over-looking the river, 5 braai facilities with Spitbraai area, full kitchen facilities with fridges, jacuzzi, beautiful bathrooms and evergreen grass lawns perfect for picnic events.

Grootbosch

This, our largest closed venue, is perfect for big conferences or large weddings.

This venue can accommodate up to 300 people, has bathrooms and kitchen facilities. It also boasts Mooinooi – an intimate outside lapa right next to the river – perfect for sunset cocktails or canape’s. There is also an amazing play area with big jungle gym.

Boskapel

Our open-air chapel with beautiful tree canopy. This space is included with Beloftebosch Venue hire and is available on request with any venue hired at an additional cost.

Beautiful rustic wooden furniture also included. Take a walk down “Lover’s Lane” from most venues and enter this intimate chapel with a dramatic effect.
